  • With your arms at the sides, stand tall with your shoulders relaxed and feet together.
  • Take a deep breath and raise your hand over your head with the palms facing each other. Stretch and reach into the sky above you. Hold the pose for a few seconds and come back to the resting position.

Downward Dog

  • Kneel on all fours, place your hands on the floor with your knees under your hips and hands under your shoulders.
  • Extend your fingers out and walk a few inches forward with your hands without lifting your feet.
  • Slowly extend your hips up to form a V shape. Make sure that the feet are hip-width apart and the knees are slightly bent.
  • Hold the position for 3 whole breaths before returning to all fours on the mat.

Warrior

  • Stand with your left foot turned slightly in and right foot out. make sure that the feet are at least 3-4 feet apart.
  • Keep your hands relaxed on the hips. Now extend the hands on the sides with the palms facing down.
  • Look towards the right side while bending the right knee so that it’s in line with the right foot. Hold the posture for 1 minute.
  • Repeat on the other side.
