    I need a clarification, I am using inlife product “hair, skin and nails tablet” from 3 or 4 months, its working really good for me. Is it sufficient or should I take any other tablet for more better hair results.

    It is such an awesome post that you have mentioned all the required nutrients that are needed for the hair growth. I just loved to know the value of food that will affect the growth of hair. Though i have long hair, am just loosing it a lot these days. As you have mentioned, i need to take care of the diet so much. I generally concentrate more on the type of oil i apply,type of the shampoo and conditioners i use. I should keep an eye on my diet too.

      I would like to tell you that diet plays 70 % role in your hair growth.
      You should be very careful about what you eat and should never skip you meals.
      Also I want to tell you that you should always use very mild shampoo on your hair.
