Let me share my personal experience, I was an elder child in fairly happy family, but I always almost searched for happiness in my life that I found nowhere. I was very much frustrated and depressed.

I was not happy with life. I spent half of my life in depression and thinking how to be content in life. Finally, I succeeded in finding the cause of happiness which made me understand that –

“I’m the only cause for this unhappiness. True happiness hides within.”
