    You told that milk products are not good in case of pcod.. But the diet contains skimmed milk and also buttermilk.. Is it ok? Can we also have paneer? And if we have both hypothyroidism and pcod.. What to do? I have both.. And I have to regularly workout as well? Please reply..

      Hello Mou roy, Each PCOD case is different and milk and milk products contains lactose which is a little heavy to digest and also high in fat and hence it is always better for PCOD patients to keep the level low but no need to completely avoid the same as far as your health care proffesinal want you to be lactose free completely for few weeks.

    Hi Mukta,
    The above chart includes butter milk.. as you have mentioned its good to avoid dairy products, is butter milk an exception in that case? can we include butter milk pcos diet?

      Hi Anoopamma, yes you can take thin buttermilk an exception because it is very low in calorie content also the milk products have lactose enzyme which is heavy to digest but buttermilk is made from curd which contains good probiotics which do help in PCOS.
