    which one is better pure almond oil of extra virgin olive oil for preventing hair loss and make hair strong and thicker ? please reply with some good reference , and one more thing how to use oil on head like it must be first warm or room temperature message ? and can it be leave whole night or we must wash it after 2 hours or one hours

      Dear Gautam sorry but there is no comparison between almond oil and olive oil as both are equally good for hair. About the usage it is always better to little warm the oil and then massage and it can be left overnight.
