    I am a diabetic and a lawyer by professional and too busy due to looking after home as well as court. Often miss my breakfast. Secondly after 4 pm when I am back home I am so hungry that I over eat n in result I don’t feel hungry and don’t take dinner. Pls advice

      Dear neeta I guess you yourself has the answer to your question.I completely agree when you say you are busy handling your home and court, But for me a person who cant handle himself/herself cant handle anything in life correctly. Sorry to say but your body is your priority.
      The best option is to take 1 scoop of whey protein powder with milk if you really get late for breakfast and about dinner you can replace it with again a glass of milk with 2 scoops of whey protein powder and some salads.
