    Very Informative! Thanks for sharing all these benefits of pomegranate. I am a big fan of pomegranate and my dad also loves the fruit but because of the seeds he struggles to eat them. I have found that pomegranate juice like KDD harvest’s pomegranate juice is much better for him. This is my next best thing after the fruit itself. It is refreshing and cools the body instantly.       Hello Prashant,
      Yes, diabetic patients can surely eat pomegranates. People who have diabetes, are at a greater risk of developing serious heart conditions. Hence pomegranates which are a rich source of antioxidants and fibers can help them reduce this risk and protect them against the damaging effects.
      But, remember to eat only the pomegranate fruit rather than the juice cause pomegranate juice is high in sugar.
